A 6-day culinary workshop for youths in Lagos state aimed at engaging and encouraging them with the skills and tools needed to start a catering business. 40 youths were trained on how to make Nigerian dishes and snacks, as well as training on the fundamentals of starting a business. Seed tools and equipment, as well as a certificate of participation, were awarded at the end of the training to the youths. At the graduation ceremony, many of the products from the training sessions were sold to guests, the funds raised were given to the government-owned centre to support the 800 primary school children who take classes every week. The project held at the Oshodi Community Vocational Centre in Oshodi, Lagos state.
