The Strategic Plan for the Sahel will provide strategic direction for Heifer’s interventions over the next five years, 2022-2027, in order to achieve Heifer’s aspirations in terms of its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Furthermore, the strategic plan will serve as a tool to identify key donors and private sector actors in the Sahel for resource mobilization.

Kasher subsequently updated, edited, consolidated and revised all relevant sections of the draft strategic plan based on recommendations and consultations from Heifer’s point of contact in the Sahel.
