With the privatization of the Nigerian power sector, Transcorp invested in the Ughelli Power Plant and also the staff school that caters to children of its staff. This was a unique project that involved the management of the whole school , with a population of 1000 students in nursery, primary and secondary education. The overall objective was to raise the educational standard of the school and ensure that a sustainable framework for the whole school management was developed and implemented.
